Yes - Westminster are one of the few builders who allow changes to be made to their standard plans.

Westminster build throughout the Sydney metropolitan area including Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, as far North as Maitland, South to Shellharbour & West to the Mountains.
Does Westminster build from owners architectural plans?
Yes - Westminster are happy to quote on owner design plans
Will Westminster construct double brick homes?
Yes
Do Westminster have any designs suitable for narrow blocks?
Yes - the majority of our designs can be adapted to suit narrow blocks.
Do Westminster have suitable designs for corner blocks?
Yes - The majority of Westminster designs can be adapted to suit corner blocks however our 'Trafalgar' design requires no adaptation.
